my freind want to lose 5 kg in a week and she need a diet plan

see a doctor or a nutrirtionsit, and dnot set unnecessar goals, 5kg is like 10lb, thats loads and will not stay off and could make your frined ill, it is possible but just not healthy

She needs to realise that being overweight isn't healthy, but going on such rigorous diets so that she can lose that much in one week is much more unhealthy.
She needs to take it slower!

Day 1 : Boiled Potatoes
Day 2 : Low fat diary products
Day 3 : Vegetables
Day 4 : Low fat grilled meat
Day 5 : Fruits
She sould lose about 4 kg

do not consume junk food, eat more fruit and vegetables, do regular exercises to burn her fat.

5kg in a week, is she mad, she is being completley unrealistic. Most dietitians or nutritionists think that 2lb a week is a realistic goal.

Ive found the best way to loose weight, is by cutting out the fizzy drinks. Sounds so simple and it is, not only will you loose weight by cutting out the sugar but it will also make you less bloated. Also no carbs after 6pm!

skip proper dinner and have apple for dinner instead.
