You should never strive to lose weight fast. It's impossible no matter what people say. If you lose more than 2 pounds in one week you are either a. losing water weight or b. losing muscle mass. If it's water weight you won't continue to lose that way and if it's muscle mass you won't continue to lose that way either because you will be killing your metabolism. Soo, my suggestion, if you're under say 200 lbs. cut calories back to NO LOWER than 1200 per day and start cardio exercise 30 min. a day. That should result in weight loss of about 2 lbs. a week. Eat WHOLE GRAIN bread, and lay of the fatty foods and sweets. Fruit juice is just and bad as coke as far as sugar goes, so drink ice cold water.

any diet that eliminates the carb intake will do..But watch out you can only do this for a short period of time or when the desired weight is accomplished, otherwise it will not make you feel healthy at all..so they say.
I would recomend eating small portions.in the morning some carbs and lowerin carb intake through the evening..making nightime,no carbs at all.I would say after 7pm. try making meals with chicken and veggies..No sugary sweets, run at least 15 min.a day.and eat lots of fruits whnever you feel hungry.BUT DONT ELIMINATE THE RUNNING.

I know how to loose weight fast.Lets look at this together..Don't eat like in some unprivlage country and your ribs will start to show in about 6months, just drink water.

Then there is the one where you can take laxatives after you eat and hope to God you don't screw you body up from that after about 5 months you should have very thin body but a alot of problems.

O then there is the finger in the mouth and toilet one.Fast but you gums and stomach are at risk.

Ok do you see my point like everyone before me..You have to take a look at you and just say "NO MORE FAT BODY FOR YOU" Get your butt moving and get educated on what "needs" to make you healthy..Food, exercise, and most of all build up yourself..You did not get fat over night and its not an over night project to fix, but it can be a fun and wonderful experience..Good luck to you!

fasting. its dangerous but if you do it right you lose weight quickly cuz its kinda like starving yourself.its your choice, a risk your gonna have to take if you are that desperate. or you can just workout 5 hours a day and eat salad without dressing for the rest of your life.or lypo.. in other ways you cant lose weight fast without atleast taking a trip to the hospital.

WHAT to eat for losing weight

• Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially NC (negative calorie) food.

* Print these lists. They will be your . "Bible", from now on !
* Dill and parsely - include them in all your salads. Also ognion + garlic.
* Try eat mostly fresh vegs & fruits (whenever possible, of course)

if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs

1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.

2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle "burn". A gym is also an option, but I don't know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.

3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.

4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.

That is a good place to start. if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you. if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer

Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hours
the most important thing is you don't lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you want
