Drugs cause damage to your organs. I would suggest starving yourself if you are not interested in excercising.
With that said, excercising is your best bet. It speeds up your metabolism and can do you no harm whereas if you choose to remain inactive, that can harm you.
Try walking a mile or two a day or even every other day. You can do yoga as well. They are both fairly non-strenuous activities yet assist your in your health and loosing weight.

Drugs are not good for losing weight. Anyways - losing more than 1-2 pounds per week can be dangerous to your health. In order to lose weight without exercising you really need to cut your calorie intake. Try having lean cuisine meals every night for dinner and a good breakfast and lunch (my sister did this b/c she didn't want to cook and she ended up losing 10 pounds in about 2 months. And don't snack - if you need a snack have a low-fat or light yogurt (usually the sweet taste of the yogurt will cover you cravings - as well as it has protein to keep you energized). String cheese or PB w/an apple works too. Think back to lunches when you were a kid. Put a sandwich, salad or veggies, a fruit (whole is best), a yogurt or pudding - and if you want a dessert type item - get one of the 100 calorie packs. Spread all over a couple of hours and you'll be good to go. You don't want to go without any food no longer than 3 hours but no shorter than 2 hours. Well a lot of people don't like the reality of facing the music that weight is lost the same way it is put on--slow and steady. You body will start to crave exercise once you start doing it.
