I am a very active person, and my waist is between a 34-36, and my wrists are almost 9 inches, with the "wrist bone" visible. I just want to know if I should do something about this, opr just accept that I will never be within the charts.

You may be a little over weight but as long aa your happy with your self then dont worry about it to much. But since it sounds like you are, here is my advice. Since you are already active, try cutting back on what you eat and how many caories you eat. They say its best to excerise 3 times a week 20 mins a day min. Also have your doctor check your thirods, this is what helps your metabolism and sometimes your thirods for some reason could be slow or not working.
