Iam 27 weeks pregnate and was diagnosed with anemia. what types of foods contained iron?

legumes and meat. you can also consider taking iron supplements, but be careful. it's easy to take too much. a multivitamin that has iron should be fine.

raisins are the best you don't have to eat a lot and they aren't as nasty as liver.
