Answers:
I wouldn't recommend a perm- very 80s. But, you can have the stylist thin it out for you. It will keep the length, but make it feel less heavy. I have the same problem with my hair, very long and thick and doesn't do much.
Highlights are always fun!!

I'm a hairdreser this is my advise; spiral perm is "in" right now, wait at least 3 weeks to a month to "highligt" your hair other wise you'll burn your it!!
Anyone know of Vitamins or all Natural Teas I can take as a fertility booster?
Do not do both of them at the same time.Perm 1st them wait 4 weeks and highlight if you want.also make sure you are going to a reputable salon.
