Otherwise, it is a matter of putting good nutrients in your body each day so that the body can maintain proper function over the long haul. Remember that many nutrients are stored for later use.

Uhh, Bacon? I'm actually only 20, but I'm an athletic male, and I sure know I love bacon. Man I can't tell you enough how awesome it is. Omlettes are good too, you have the cheese food group the pepper group, the bacon group. Also french toast and pancakes work. Usually 4-5 slices/cakes 2-4 slices of bacon 2 cups of OJ or Milk and some potatoes constitute my breakfast.
