how can a teen loose weight at home?
Question:
Answers:
Take the dog for long walks. If you don't have a dog, then get one. It really works and plus the dog will be healthier too.You are a teenager, so as long as you get some excercise and don't overeat, and don't eat after 7pm at night, you should find yourself not gaining weight.
But you must do some kind of excercise. You could rent a video on Tai Chi or pilates and do that in your room with the music blaring ! Good Luck to U

Sure you can loose weight - cut your calories and increase your movement. be persistent and drink lots of water, flavor it with lemon juice. also if you eat an orange after every meal the acid in the orange will help digest your food and don't eat red meat back to back or 2 days ina row. like don't have a hamburger for lunch and a steak for dinner. chicken is good to eat often and fish also - but not fried.. baked. snack on pork rinds, or grapes.
