Answers:
No, it isn't calorie free. Usually in order to make up for no fat, they add tons of sugar in. Look at the nutrition info for it and see how many calories & carbs are in it. Yes, you could have ice cream with little fat, just be careful of the amount of sugar though!

No, fat free is not the same as calorie free. Sugar is fat free but has approx. 16 calories per table spoon. Pasta is basically fat free but will add a ton of calories to your diet and inches to your waist. Calories are units of energy. (potential) a gram of protein and carbos have 4 calories per gram, a gram of fat is 9 calories per gram. They SAY fat free to make you think it may be healthier..and it may be, but the key is, Are you taking in too many calories per day to lose weight or stay thin?

I have long hair and i think i might have lice. Would cuting my hair be a good idea of getting rid of lice?

It is true that the icecream may contain only 3% fat. But then assuming that icecreams are usually made of milk, one can easily understand that the manufacturer is trying a gimmick to attract the customers coz even whole milk contains only about 3.25% milk fat but which constitutes about 50% of its total calories. So there is nothing special in saying that it has only about 3% fat. It doesn't actually make a lot of difference. When the added sugar is also taken into account, the calories will be much higher than what is expected from milk fats alone.
