Is it a good idea to take stacker 3 for one month to loose 10 pounds?
I started using Stacker 3 to burn the extra fat around my mid section. I a not fat I just have some love handles and baby fat on my abs. Should i use it? I also want to loose some pounds and tone up.

there wont be any major side effects. it should increase your metabolism and supress your appetite while you take it. the problems is many people put the weight straight back on when they stop. constantly gaining and losing weight is bad for you. drink lots of water while you take it though.

Personally I wouldn't take anything, but thats me.The answer is always exercise and eating a healthy diet, and leading a healthy life.
