Is it possible to have pain in the abdomen because of ovulation even after a hysterectomy?

Answers:
I am having the same dilema with my mother right now. She has diabetes type II and high cholesterol. What I am doing is finding information on what is good for her to eat (high fiber, low salt, low-fat) and what is bad for her to eat (salt, butter, red meat, sugars) and printing it off and putting it on the refridgerator. I keep reminding her all the time and sometimes we argue about it, but I tell her it is for her own good and that I just want her to be around longer. She knows this, but old habits are very hard to change and being told you can't have something is difficult. We are compromising by cutting down slowly, but I still think she is moving too slow. I feel something bad is going to have to happen before she completely changes and that is so sad to me since I know it can be prevented. So, I keep reminding her (nagging her as she puts it) every day so that maybe it will sink in. I am going to keep an eye out on your question here for any better suggestions that I can use with my mom, too.
