Personally I can not stand vegetables, so I lean very heavily on the fruit, apples, watermelon, oranges and peaches are my main stays and I lost 30 pounds between July and December of last year and am just waiting for this damn winter to get over to resume it.

You will want to surf the net and look at several of them, for some reason I did not find all of the stuff I could eat on any one diet page, this is just an example, my doctor gave me a hand out of what I am really doing, but it is basically those fruits, a ton of water, some diet drinks and celery dipped in low calorie dressing to keep the fiber intake up. Since I ran out of fruit options in December, I have went to a all meat diet as a maintenance diet one and have lost more weight, but that one by far worked the best and fastest.
