how do i get rid of my post pregnancy gut?

Answers:
you can do leg lifts while laying flat on the ground and bracing your upper body. Make sure you keep from your waist to your head completely flat. Raise your legs, straight at the knees if you can, but if not bent a little is ok until you work your way up to it which will force more strain on your lower abdomen instead of mid or upper. Give it a shot, that's what I started with and I got a six pack. Then I had to move to body lifts. I only keep my shoulders on the ground now and I have an 8 pack now

Do you do a lot of stomach excercises when you go to gym? Speak to somebody who works at the gym about your problem and maybe they can give you an even better routine for you to help with your stomach flab. Also drink lots of water. Keep a balanced diet that is very healthy. Try keep the junkie food out of your diet too.

First of all, in order to have visible abs, one has to get their body fat at least under 10%, sometimes less, just to be able to see muscle definition in the abs. If you can't see your abs, it is not because they're not big enough. Chances are they are masked by body fat. If this is the case, the only solution is to lose body fat, which can be achieved by either raising your caloric expenditure with cardiovascular exercise, or lowering your caloric intake. However, sometimes losing weight is not the answer. For some people who have lost large amounts of weight, and I assume this could possibly apply to you since you have been working out for 3 years, there can be an excess of skin that once covered larger amounts of body fat. In this case, if there isn't a whole lot of it, you can sometimes bulk up to "fill the void" that was once filled by fat. In extreme cases (people who have lost 100+ pounds) some people have surgery to remove excess skin. Otherwise it's just a matter of lowering your body fat. A lot of people try to go crazy on their abs before it would even show and this can be helpful because more muscle mass will help raise your overall caloric expenditure, but you still won't see good abdominal definition until your body fat is below 10%.
