My nephew is a couple of years younger than you and he started losing his hair. He ended up going to this woman that sold herbs. He purchased Cinnamon oil (it comes in a small bottle and smells of cinnamon). It's actually liquid and not oil. He put the cinnamon oil on his scalp . slighly burning/stinging. He swears it works.

You may want to try the rogaine or hair loss shampoos (however I've tried those and they haven't worked for me).

Or you might want to see a dermatologist. Your hairloss may be something else. If need be, the dermatologist can inject your scalp with steroids. I was injected with steroids because my hairloss was because of a medical issue.
