Ok here we go. This is where a good protein diet will be bentifical. If you go on a traditional diet you lose mussle or you will actually gain weight or you will get sick. Its simple. Try to go jogging 30 mins daily. you dont have to be fast,jog a block and walk another just try to jog a mile and half. At first it would be hard but then u get used to it. thats what i did now i weight 103 when i was weighting 122. it really helped. and diets suck
