WATER EXERCISE PORTION CONTROL(NATURALLY PORTION CONTROL APPLIES TO HEALTHY EATING)--NO JUNK! Recently I posted a question about belly dancing for exercise, i put in my weight (164) and height (5' 10") but i put 5' 9' for height and found that i am taller-anyway i was told by several people that i was to chubby or fat-I have an 8 mnth old and 2 yr old and three older kids. But i really don't give a rats *** and two popcycles what these people thought and i hope they read this in attempt to answer your question. If you are drinking plenty of water, then hunger control should come pretty easy along with total body cleansing. Exercise may come alittle more difficult--start slowly-i know form experience if you jump into to too much to soon, you'll end up giving up form exhuastion and pain. Naturally eat only healthy foods-no junk- that was hard for me with 5 kids around- but you do definitely aquire a taste for the healty stuff and by staying well hydrated you shouldn't have trouble with portion control or over eating
