i have blackish skin rashes on my buttock for 2 yrs.it doesn't go.?
i am 21 trs old boy.these rashes developed as simple pimples ,it is localised on my butt and lower back.it is mostly dried and appears as a bit elevated blackish spot.sometimes 1 -2 develop and pains .it is more prominent in winters.
though i have largely ignored it and have not tried any medicine . please suggest me what to do? and if there is any home remedy?

As a nurse, I would suggest that you see a skin doctor (Dermatologist) since this has been going on for so long. One of the best creams out there that you can buy over the counter is Cetaphyl, but be sure to get the cream, and not the lotion.
