i drink tons of pepsi but i never drink it alone, always with food, does that lower my chances for problems?

Question:
or is that a myth, i would think just drinking soda alone would be more harmful, in my way of thinking i feel the food absorbs some of the caffine away is that partially true?

Answers:
You are partially correct. Although the caffeine is the last of your worries. Too much soda can cause ulcers, liver problems and its a source of tons of calories. Try drinking more 100% juice, water, or milk (preferably skim).

Other Answers:
No, the caffeine is absorbed into your blood whether you have eaten or not.

Caffiene itself isnt necissarily bad. If you consume large amounts of caffiene you should increase your calcium intake and drink more water. As long as you dont have heart problems or experience heart palpations, you dont have much to worry about with caffiene.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. YOU CAN DIE DO YOU WANT TO DIE?. IT IS VERY BAD FOR YOU. ALSO NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOO.
