That's not true. It contains West African Hoodia, a natural herb that speeds up your metabolism, curbs appetite and increases energy. I would say buy the Hoodia in pure form, its probably safer. Check with your Dr. and do some research. I think in moderation, Hoodia it is OK, and definately better than any non-natural supplements.

It reduces appetite because it bascially has speed in it. A cup of coffee will have the same effect. Caffiene is an appetite suppressent. It can be safe and effective if you follow the instructions on the box.
