i actually lost 40 pounds in 3 weeks.. How?? Construction work 13 hour days 6 days a week and only 30 minute break. Stay active is the MOST important thing ever. I eat 4 plates of pasta every day and carbo load on the stuff for the very hard work i have to do and dont gain nothing but muscle. I recommend exercise and counting calories and the free site www.sparkpeople.com with great fitness advice, tracking and message boards. This is the site I belong to now and chose after using both ediets.com and the biggest loser sites.

I alsorecommend weight watchers as it provides easy support groups and doesnt cost very much.

Unfortunately there are no easy answers but most importantly start exercising at least 20 minutes 3x a week.
