You are at a healthy weight, but since I can't see you I am going to assume you have some extra fat you want to burn off. Everything else remaining the same as you have it now, if you cut 500 calories a day from your diet and burn an additional 500, you will lose 2 pounds a week. Do one or the other or a combination, 250 from diet, 250 from exercise, and you will lose a pound per week. I do the 500/500 when I want to lose quickly (obviously takes more discipline) and 250/250 when I want something requiring less maintenance.
