First of all, I do not name myself doughnot.cute thoug. I eat food that remembers wehre it came from.not canned not from McDonalds.. this is not just by choice but how I was raised. I eat veggies as fresh as I can get, meat with spice baked or on bbq, whole aroanges as my only fruit, and no juice. I get most of my nutrients from vegetables and lean meat. Any grains I eat are from the earth, not processed to the max. I have trained taste buds though. You may not.

i stuff anything and everything in my mouth.but i dont have a car so have to cycle 4 miles to work and 4 miles back.it only takes 20 mins each way.i also spend about 15 mins about 3 times a week lifting heavy weight.i hit my punch bag to warm up and down for lifting the weight.

the best way to keep trim is to eat a healthy diet and get plenty of exercise. eat lean meat only with plenty of fruit and vegetables, salad is good too. for exercise, u want to do at least 20 mins, 3 times a week. fast, brisk walking is excellent and free!

i walk instead of waiting for the bus. i cut down on the snacks when I'm not hungry. i make sure i show up to my gym class everyday at school (we don't do sports. it's all track and weight training so it's really helpful.) and i play tennis at least twice a week.
