Answers:
For any weight loss program its important to understand how to increase your RMR or metabolism. Your RMR or resting metabolic rate is the amount of energy you burn in your daily activities.

Do you know someone who can eat anything they want and they are skinny as a rail even if they dont workout? Well that person has a very high RMR.

There are several ways to increase metabolism but lets look at the factors that drive your metabolism RMR first.

1. Genetics - you have very little control, but you are not a prisoner of your genes.

2. Lean Muscle Mass - this one throws most people off because women think, oh no I dont want muscles and men think I guess I have to look like a body builder. Lean muscle mass is simply your weight minus the weight of your organs, bones, fluids and fat. You increase lean muscle mass primarily through eating properly, resistance exercise, and a lifestyle that doesnt promote catabolizing activites (smoking, heavy drinking and drug use)

3. Frequency of meals - the more meals the more the metabolic processes take place in your body and the faster your metabolism.

4. Water Intake - dehydration is a major drag on metabolism.
Most people are dehydrated and they dont know it.

5. Sleep - getting enough rest allows the body to function at a higher metabolic level.

For more information check my source it also goes into greater detail about different ways to speed your metabolism.

Maybe you are gaining fat or muscle in other places. I've actually never heard of that happening to anyone before, but that's the only thing I can reason out.

Muscle is heavier than fat - you can take up less space and still have the same weight. Are you getting more toned? If so, good for you! : D

Same prob with me, hard to believe, you lose inches not pounds so you kinda win either way.

Nothing wrong with staying the same weight the question is how do you feel?
South Beach Diet is a good way to eat healthy and lose weight without starving also good for people that are diabetic.

Are you exercising or modifying your diet? Your weight isn't going to change just because you're using a weight loss product; you must take initiative yourself too. Cut out high fat foods in your diet and jog/walk a mile a day. Eat a salad for lunch with lowfat dressing. Drink fat free milk or light yogurt; calcium helps you lose weight (yoplait commercials :D). You'll see differences in your body and how you feel about yourself knowing you're creating a healthier you. Good luck

I did this b4 prom. It seriously worked, I lost like 10 pounds in less than two months

your probably gaining muscle, which we all know weighs more than fat =).

The tea is holding water in your muscels . The fit of the clothes is the true measurement of how you're body is doing . In a week or two, you should see the scalre go down a little; it takes time for your body to adjust to the tea stuff.

To help your self satisfaction, measure the inches around your waist, hips, and arms . this is a better measurement of your weight loss progress.

Keep it up . have fun doing it too.

sounds from what you are saying that you are losing inches that's still good and don't beat yourself up about it try changing your exercise plan shake it up a little turn on the heat you may then start seeing a change weight wise.
Also i have never tried slim tea what are you using, a healthy diet also does wonders

It is more accurate to measure your slimming in inches not pounds/kilogramms. You are most probably gaining lean muscle.this is a good thing as it will burn more fat. As long as the measurments come down all is well.

When I do weight loss programmes for people I rarely rely on weight as it is inaccurate.

Are you exercising as well? An effective diet program includes exercise which will add muscle. Muscle mass will replace fatty tissue, and actually weighs more.
Don't worry so much about the weight loss, that will come with time. The increased muscle will actually aid in that as it increases your body's metabolism.

Since slimming teas tend to just be collections of herbs to make you pee, I suspect that you used to be bloated and now aren't. If you don't also make some changes in your overall diet and get exercise, you're going to stop seeing any benefit from the tea pretty soon.
