Only one I know is done by a dentist. Prevention.com evaluates them, but I have found none to be effective. I've read that eating apples helps. And, of course, brushing 2-3 times a day helps.

I used Crest whitening strips (about $40) and they worked, but they left my teeth super-sensitive to the point that it was painful to continue use, so I stopped.

every person is diffrent. some whiteners makes your gum gone bad(gingivitis) what you shoul do ia go to the dentist and scaling your teeth.aafter that control it every 5 month to the dentist. and do not forget to brush your teeth EVERY time after you eat something

Crest White Strips work for me. But not everyones teeth react the same way. Ask your dentist if you are a candidate for tooth whitening, if you don't notice a difference after the CWS.
