What would be the results of if a person with execessive fat were to ONLY do STRENGTH and little cardio?

Will the fat still burn? I'm not looking to lose weight, but to gain muscle and lose fat. How would strength only play out without cardio? Please include any extra information that you think neccessary..

how to reduce weight effectively with diet plans?

Answers:
cardio will help the fat burn.. strength will tone and add musscle. Without cardio it would take loger to burn fat and you would most likely gain more weight because musscle weighs more than fat and because you are not burning the fat as much as building the musscle, then it will just add on.

Can hand-washing be replaced with Germ-X or other hand sanitizers?

Yes it will IF they do not also increase their total food intake. Burning calories = losing weight. Doesn't much matter how you do it. Approx. 2500 calories = 1 lb.

Where's a good place to buy teen guy's clothes?

The fat will still burn, just not as quickly. The more muscle you have, the better your metabolism will be and the more efficient your body will be at burning fat.

what can I do to remove the shadow after I cut my head bald some type of solution?

To answer this question I'd have you look at some of the American football players. While technically they may look fat they are actually quite muscular and the look of fat is because they have not lost the layer of fat covering their muscles.. as opposed to someone with less body fat percentage where you see that "ripped" look.

So the answer is what are you hoping to achieve? Do you wish a certain look or are you out to become healthier?

In order to reduce body fat percentage its a fact that cardio exercise is a must and so is strength training.

Cardio exercises reduced fat calories and strength training helps build muscle lost during weight loss. Whatever weight loss method you choose you will ALWAYS lose a certain amount of muscle, fat and water.

The great thing is you can combine weight training and cardio exercise together and do "circuit training".

Circuit training a basic example:
Identify a circuit of 8-17 exercises so that you work each body part as follows:
Advice: do NOT train the same muscles every day. That means pick upper body one day, lowerbody the next, core and trunk the next and then alternate again. Muscle builds during the "rest" period of 48 hours if you continuously work the same muscle everyday it does not have the time to build.

best way to have a clean, spotless face?

You would gain muscle and become sleeker since muscle is more dense than fat (1 lb of fat takes up 2.5 the space as 1 lb of muscle). Since muscles raise your metabolism, you will burn more calories all the time.
The cardio is mainly for getting your heart rate up and getting your heart and lungs healthy. You only burn calories during the cardio. With strength training, that extra muscle burns calories all the time.
I've been doing a water-based workout that's strength training, cardio and flexibility since June. I've lost about 3 sizes but only in the last month has the scale started to budge.
The details of my workout are on my blog.
