If you have thin lashes you might want to put one coat of mascara, and use a small comb to separate them. But, the brows speaks volumes for the eyes. Be careful with eyebrows. you will want to research what to do and not to do if you are going to pluck them yourself. Non of this eyeliner nonsense..marcera does the trick.but if you feel it nessasary.apply eyeliner on you inner top and bottom rims and the edge of the outer top rim of you eye to make your eye lashes look FULLER!
