If you want a muscle relaxer, try "lobelia inflata". After one cup of tea, you can have a couch made of concrete and think it is the softest thing you ever sat on.

Can a fractured knee cap repair itself after 3 months in a brace?

Hmmm..it might be ziconotide (Prialt). It's a drug that's used to treat intractible pain (pain that no other medicine will relieve). It's used intrathecally - injected into the spinal fluid. It's not an opiate and it causes hallucinations and psychotic behavior in a fair percentage of the people who use it, so it's not as fun as, say, oxycodone. ;) Oh, and the 'strongest', that is, most potent, opiate would not be oxycodone - it would probably be sufentanil, which requires a dose something like 10,000 times less than oxycodone to produce the same effect. Levorphanol, alfentanil and fentanyl are also very potent opiates.

Any ideas on how to deal with IBS when at a camp? I know to bring my own food, but what else should be done?

Of the ones available for prescription it would have to be the opiate narcotics - morphine, methadone, oxy contin, etc. Other strong pain killers: percodan, vicodin, percoset.

What are long term effects of using Estrostep?

If your pain was caused by stomach discomfort, then try neutralised the stomach acid by drinking lot of warm water (probably about 50-60c). Acupunture can help relief pains. You can try massage the acupunture spot where it can help blood circulation and relief pain. I always believe in using some other method beside using direct medicine as most medicine have side effect.

hey ya i was just wondering if you all know any diet or something to lose weight. i really apresiated!?

Fentanyl and Dilaudid are usually used in the pain pumps in the hospital. chronic pain patients get oxycontin and epidural injections (around the spinal cord).
BTW, if you're in real pain, pain medicine will not give you a 'high', it will just work on the pain, or pain perception.
