What really is the best way to lose weight?

not eat so much calories (chocolates, fried food,..), drink a lot of water and do exercise

eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day, 2 of the meals should b protein drinks, the other meals should consist of
protein: egg whites, chicken, tuna, fish, steak
complex carbs: brown rice, yams, whole wheat breads
veggies: asparagus, green beans, broccolie, other green veggies
..cardio 6 days a week, in the morning, before any breakfast right after u wake up, walk on the treadmil for atleast 40 minutes..in the afternoon 3 times a week do a full body low weight circuit workout, do abs every other day.. email me if u need anything else

Things that help me:
-Drink LOTS of water (I also like to drink herbal tea and green tea). Don't drink anything when you eat because you dilute your digestive enzymes and it's tougher for your body to digest your food.
-Eating just until you are just full (or even leave yourself a little hungry; it takes a while to feel full). Eat slowly and chew your bites.
-Listen to quiet relaxing music when you eat and enjoy your meals. Think about eating the best food to eat so you can digest your food the most effectively.
-Eat out as little as possible, because I tend to eat more when I eat out.
-Exercise two times a day, morning (when you haven't eaten) and evening. It seems like I lose more weight exercising in the morning.
-Don't eat 3 hours before bed.
The best thing is to pay attention to what your body is telling you.
Going to therapy helps, too, so you feel comfortable with your body and want to really take care of yourself and what you put in your body.

You need to burn more calories than you are taking in. You can either take in less, or exercise more, or better yet do a combination of both. The best place to start is to find out how many calories your body needs per day and start counting calories. I think self.com has a calorie calculator so you can find out how many you need per day. Also, just starting to walk more can help b/c you will be burning more calories that before. Good luck!
