Is there such a thing as binge smoking? and if so how bad is it for your health?

Question:
I am trying to give up smoking and managed to go two weeks without any cigarettes. I had a mini relapse and smoked 10 over the weekend. I am going to try again but i just wondered what the health effects would be of say smoking 10 or so cigarettes every other weekend. So like people who don't normally drink go out and have loads every now and then if I was to do the same but with cigarettes. In short, would 10 cigarettes a week do me any harm they say breathing in the air of London every day.

Answers:
Yes, but drinking doesn't give you lung/throat/tonsil (yes, really)/cervical/tounge/gum cancer. It'll kill you if you drink ALL THE TIME, but not like smoking will.

Other Answers:
It doesn't matter how you space out your smoking, even one cigarette will reduce your life span. Quit completely and live longer.
