This approach is not going to work. Excersize is a key componet in weight loss. Eat fewer calories, and add some sort of daily excersize. Even if to start it is a walk around the block, there are also excersizes designed to do while sitting in a chair. Increse activity from there. You need to build muscle to burn fat. This week I will not eats dessert until Sunday night ect.. I recently joined a gym, but for a long time I was not comfortable enough to do so, I learned that you can use soup cans & water bottles for weights at home. by dieting :-), reduce your diet slowly, i mean to say stop overeating and stop eating junk food, eat fruits and salads rather than fried , junk food. take BRUNCH in the morning , medium meals in the afternoon and very less food or only 2 fruits at night, and see the difference in 1 month..believe me this is my own experience :-)

you should go see your doctor and he can give you a variety of options including; nutrition, excercise, medication, lifestlye.. there are many options. you can start slow and light and enjoy basic excersice, like walking around the block once a night, to work off dinner and keeping fit.etc.

I have never managed to reduce my weight without some form of excecise. try walking a little. go on a complete no fat low carb diet.

u can also try the 3 day diet which I have done a few times and managed to lose a lotta weight. but u have got to control your eating habits after those 3 days and maintain your weigth by if nothing else at least walking every day.
