I did about 4 years ago, and haven't gained it back.

I have. I lost 45 pounds walking on a treadmil for 45 to 60 mins at 3.8 speed and 7-10 percent of an incline 4 to 5 days a week. I also only ate "good" carbs, stop eating sugar altogether. I lost an average of 2 to 2 1/2 pounds a week. It wasn't hard at all. That was a year ago. Haven't gained it back. Best thing that could have happened to me!

Im losing my weight about 21 kg In 5 Month .
I ve no Exercise , no pill , I want to tell you my 5 step for losing Fat!
1. Breakfast : Piece of cheeze 20Geram with cup of tea without suger or coffee without suger ! AS MUCH AS YOU WANT
2. Drinking alot of WATER 12 to 15 glasses a day .
3: Lunch : No bread , No Bear ,No Rice, EAT salad and meat as much as you like ,I meane dont eate every food that have fat even you can eat Humburger without bread for exampel
4: Afternoon: ONE fruit any kind that you wish specialy cucomber and lettuce make the metabolism fast and has no any calorie ,I mean as much as you want
5: Dinner : You dont have to eat dinner , if you are not hungery but help your self with milk or yogurt :)
NOTICE : Remember take vitamin pills C (3 times aweek ), Livercod oli 3 times aday .
6 : Its just advice : losing weight is one of the hardest time , but if you really WANT TO LOSEEEEEEE take it SERIOUSLY!SERIOUSLY AND SERIOUSLY .
Thats all Ido in these 5 month frome 74kg to 53kg

I have lost 53 pounds in a year and a half following these food guidelines and exercise routine. (I lost 30 in the first three months):
This is a good way for anyone trying to get healthy. Look close at the food you eat, and I do not mean eating less. Read the ingredients on EVERYTHING you eat, and yes I do mean EVERYTHING. Avoid all hydrogenated oils, modified anything, fructose, high fructose corn syrup, and non-organic soy products; these things are all genetically altered and are seriously not healthy for you at all, even in moderation. Also, cut out pork, shellfish, any fish without fins and scales really, because those animals are not good for you at all. Try to eat along these guidelines. The more healthy foods may set you back a bit more than regular food in some areas (like organic stuff), but you can find healthy stuff in a ton of places, so just keep your eye out for it. And as far as exercise goes, try running, sit-ups, and push ups. The old fashioned way is the best way, trust me. Hope this advice helps! Good luck!
