creatine just causes your body to put water into the muscle..which makes muscles look bigger, but doesn't truely do anything for strength.

I think there are enough scientific studies on creatine to suggest that it does really help increase size and strength. It does far more than just suck water into your cells. I recommend the EAS line. Check out the links below.
