bucuz ma start schoo in august and i wanna look and be skinnier b4 then and i plan on losin at least ten to fifteen pounds and i have no accsess to a gym or other things.so i sorta have to do it cold turkey..u kno..also i do not want meh boobs to get smaller i want them to stay the same size (which is 34 dd)or atleast not any smaller than a D cup!! lol so wats an easy effcient way to lose weight b4 then?

15 lbs isnt much to lose and u hve plenty of time..cardio at least 3x a week.eat less.lots of veggies and fruits.poultry and fish.no junk or fast food period!!
