how can i loose weight?

Let's face it, the only way a human body loses weight is to expend more energy than it consumes. That means eat less and burn more calories.

Naturally 1,100 calories of chocolate are a little harder to metabolize than 1,100 calories of celery, nevertheless, the amount of energy is the same and fat is fat, so lower consumption and more exercise is the key.

The best way i know how to lose weight is with a heathy diet with all the right foods and exercise at least 3 times a week and as you get use to the idea it will become easier and easier the more you do it. You may not see results right away but it takes time. the main thing is you want to get yourself into shape

Eat a balanced diet of 10 calories per pound of ideal wt. example; if you weigh 200 lbs now and want to weigh 150 eat 1500 calories daily. You should lose about a pound per week. Just don't give up - go slowly.

Find a good nutrionist and you and your mom should talk to him

Ensure the following steps:-
1.You should have enough of physical exercise like brisk walking, cycling etc. for at least half hour daily.
2.Avoid oily and fatty foodstuff.
3.Avoid fruits containing a lot of carbohydrates,especially bananas.
4.Drink one litre of clean water as soon as you get up from bed in the morning everyday.
5.Avoid sweet preparations of any kind.
These are bound to reduce your weight by one KG every week.
