Why oil, ghee,butter and fried food is restricted for a daibatic, while they do not contain sugar?

Because everything you eat turns into glucose. Sugar turns to glucose the easiest so it goes into your blood stream fastest. Fats turn into glucose a bit slower, so you need to limit them to keep your blood from being filled with glucose. Protiens and complex carbohydrates turn to glucose slowest.
So, eat lots of green veggies, beans, whole grains and lean meats and strictly limit or just don't eat white flour, white rice, potatos, sugar, honey, corn syrup etc.
If America were to eat like they have diabetes, this country wouldn't have as many over weight people who just might become diabetic!
By the way, glucose is sticky, it clings to the lining of your arteries and veins which puts a strain on your heart and could lead to a plethera of conditions.
