the way to eradicate fibroids and endometriosis?

Question:

Answers:
There are several ways of treating fibroids, although the only way of ridding yourself of them forever is a hysterectomy. However, I don't recommend that as the other methods can be very effective.

The other methods:
Myomectomy: removal of the fibroids
Uterine Arterial Embolization: Injection of a special substance that chokes off the blood flow to the fibroids.
Medical therapy: medicine that creates an artificial menopause. Note that once the medicine is stopped, the problems will return full force
HIFU: a new treatment using ultra-sound to destroy the fibroids.

I had the UAE after doing some research on the different treatments. HIFU came out after I was treated so I don't have any experience with that.

What I noticed in the forums that I looked at was that UAE is more effective for someone with many small fibroids; whereas women with one large fibroid are better off with myomectomy.

I don't have any experience with endometriosis - I do know that it is the presence of endometrial tissue outside of the uterus.

I have a theory that the problems caused by fibroids are due to fibroids themselves generating the prostoglandins that cause PMS and period related problems. If I am correct, treating the fibroids would help with endometriosis.

ablation is the best way to get rid of fibroids and to ease endometriosis.

Read the book by Dr. Lee "What Your Doctor Never Told You About Premenopause." He says that modern women are estrogen dominant because of all the plastics in our lives. He has some ideas about how to get rid of your fibroids and endometriosis. I would definitely do that before I did what too many doctors will tell you to do, and that is have a hysterectomy.
