An anti-inflammatory sounds practical here. Do you stretch properly before and after you train? This is a very important step in any type of physical activity that is over looked a lot. Good luck and always train hard!!

Take about 3 to 4 advil or motrin. Aleve may help too.

why are feet smellier than other body parts?

I suppose painkillers will help, but that isn't addressing the underlying problem of why your shoulder is painful, is it? U need to have it looked at as any more lifting weights may only make it worse and it may even get to the point where it would be irreparable.

what is paronychia?

I would stop doing weights until you have it assessed by a doctor. You don't want to do any further damage. Until then, Aleve is great! It is an anti-inflammatory and will help w/ the pain. When I had knee surgery I preferred Aleve to the narcotic pain reliever they gave me. But, anyway, see a Doc ASAP. Good luck :)
