i keep getting a vaginal discharge. it is a thick white color with no smell and i keeps coming back. help plz?

i have used a monstate..my doctor and other doctors say its a small yeast..but it keeps coming back and it doesnt itch or smell . so can u please tell me what this is and how do i cure it. like i said its thick white with no smell. please help me

Avoid milk, gluten, alcohol, or anything that helps in the growth of yeast. I also had that problem once, and yes, even though it doesn't smell or itch, it's still yeast.
