Answers:
i use the nair cream. if this is what you're using, be sure to read the directions completely before doing anything. depending on what kind you use, it can smell pretty bad, so be prepared. don't worry, though, your skin won't smell, especially after an hour or so. you can test a small, discrete area, such as near your ankle, to see how well it works for you and how long you should leave it on (remember, no more than 10 minutes). also, wait a while before using it everywhere else, to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction or anything like that to the chemicals. put on a layer all over then, or a small area at a time, which ever makes you feel the most comfortable. wait a while, test an area to see if the hair is coming off (again, a discrete spot, incase it doesn't work). to take it off, i use a washcloth, gently wiping it off. if, in your initial test, if it doesn't work very well for you, a good idea is to shave (or just trim the hair with an electric razor, as this may be faster), this makes the hair shorter and easier to remove. afterwards, you can rinse the skin, then apply a moisturizer to keep it looking healthy. I suggest you wait an hour or more before putting the moisturizer on, though, so that the two lotions don't irritate your skin with all those chemicals. depending on how fast your hair grows, you won't have to remove hair for a while. i know some people who use nair once every week (no shaving in between uses), and some who use it every 2 or 3 weeks and are fine without shaving.
good luck.

I use nair creme hair remover, not the wax. You have to be sure to follow the instructions as to how long to keep it on any specific area or you might get a chemical burn. It's alot easier to wash it of with a wash cloth but don't rub it in. Your skin will be left very smooth.

I use nair - I rub a light layer - wait a few minutes and then shave it off with a good brand female shaver

Lets see. I was fine with the regular nair when I was too afraid of shaving. It really works, put it on everywhere.

Then I lovingly tried the green apple brand -_-;;; MAJOUR irritation there
