My legs and butts won't grow although i train them twice a week. What shall i do?


My upper body seems to grow bigger than my legs. I need to stop growing my upper body and focus on my legs. How can i tone my upper body and get my legs bigger? Do you suggest doing high reps low weight for my upper body and high reps high weight for my legs?
