Answers:
Everyone must be extremely careful when using these weight loss supplements.

Fahrenheit has a proprietary blend of weight loss ingredients that can be found in many similar products.

Usually, they use combinations of caffeine (sometimes up to 200 mg in one serving), synephrine (also know as bitter orange extract), hoodia, hydrocitric acid, cambogia extract, theobromine, and the list goes on.

The active ingredients in Fahrenheit are sclareolide and guggelsterone. They have a powerful synergistic effect that affects appetite, but also can cause powerful mood swings and a variety of physical ailments.

Loss of sleep, headaches, intense thoughts, heart palpitations, obsessive/compulsive behavior and more are all symptoms many people experience using weight loss pills.

These pills are powerful pharmaceuticals even though you don't need prescriptions. Bear in mind that Fahrenheit posts a warning advising all women to consult with their doctor before using it. That is a good rule for all people to follow before using any weight loss pill. Also remember that the ingredients in Fahrenheit are not gender specific: those same ingredients can be found in other weight loss formulas, even formulas for men.

What else determines their effects on you are your age: Fahrenheit suggests women over age 18 only use them; your body weight; your general health; your lifestyle. Couch potatos should never use diet pills. Extremely dangerous.

These weight loss pills have to be used in conjuction with a very healthful diet of at least 5 meals a day and regular cardiovascular and weight bearing exercises. It is the only way to properly use weight loss pills.

Has anyone had success with Fahrenheit, or any other pill? A tiny minority of people, men and women, are successful. The measurement of success is not weight loss itself, but your ability to maintain your weight reduction after you discontinue use of the pills.

99% of people wind up being 10% heavier than what their starting weight was.

Glad you are off those pills. I hope you find a health improvement regimen that will benefit your body and spirit.

And don't use them again!

Peace.
