Hi Kevin,It is very unfortunate that you were circumcised without your own consent. I am fortunate to have a full functioning foreskin and very thankful for it. I can appreciate your desire to have a foreskin. I am a nurse and have studied genetics in depth. In regards to your request to have a donor foreskin grafted to your penis, you would first need to find a donor who is genetically compatable to you. An identical twin brother would have the same genes as yourself and would be the first choice. Second choice would be a sibling brother. Beyond this it would be difficult to find someone who is genetically compatable. Without genetic compatability chances are that the immune system of your body would reject the newly graphted foreskin. Additionally, if a sibling brother was fortunate enough not to be circumcised at birth, I would question if he would eagerly part with his foreskin. I also question the ethics of this and if you could find a physician that would perform the transfer.
The best genetic donor is yourself. I have read whereby a foreskin can be fabricated from one's scrotal skin. Be aware, however, that there are risk involved in the surgery and I would get a consultation from more than one physician. You may want to talk to Dr. Harold Reed at the Reed Centre in Florida.
