i live in uk. im 26 years old married mother of 4. at the moment i suffer from really bad migranes, even more so when i have my medium length hair tied up in a pony tail. as u can imagine having 4 young childen i dont get as much time to think about my hair and always have it tied up. im too terrifyed to have it cut really short as i am a size 16 clthes wise, and i think if i have it cut short it will make me look fatter. could n e 1 suggest a style or an opinion or even a website to help me?

I would let that pony tail down honey. Those damn things can make it much worse!I think you need to have your hair layered. Do not cut it short. You also need to go to a beauty counter and have them do a nice makeup for you. You may end up purchasing something, but you would feel better about yourself. It is tough raising children, but I am sure you are a great mother and your children are very lucky, but you need to feel good about yourself too.

if you have any natural wave in your hair you could try scrunching it with some gel after you towel dry your hair. it's quick! you could also think about bangs if you don't already have some.that would be a nice easy change and swept to the side is a youthful style. you could also try clipping it up in a big clip if you don't want it to get in your way. headbands are easy too. hope this helps! :)If i were u i would IRON it!
thats definiltey not true shorter doesnt mean fatter. i mean if you have "after-meat" from the birth of your four children.just lose some of the weight or at least try. then just put on some nice natural looking makeup nothing heavy. get some nice clothes. now remember..just because you have 4 kids DOESNT mean you cant look good so dont tell yourself that. and just basically highlight your hair or straighten it.or you could crimp it.crimped always looks nice.or you could curl your hair. if you have loong hair.CUT IT.really long hair doesnt look nice sometimes and sometimes there just needs to be a change. short can be cute too. i know that caucasians s=grow their hair fast and if your hair is long trust me and cut it. here.why dont you look at some magazines abd fet hairstyles from famous ppl and try to imitate that from someone professional who can do it for you. you could get a color like beyonce's color.her blondish type of hair and have it like hers especially when hers is curled. i would send u the pic but i dont know how to lol k byee!<3
i thni you should do your hair a in a loose enough braid so that it doen't hurt your head. pr you could get a hair cut that is layered, that way your hair would feel so heavy on your head and you coulf let your hair breathe.
