I drink water.I tried Hoodia($!)Low carbs,too.I'm so hungry. What can I do to stop eating so much?

eat a good breakfast - it keeps your body from going into starvation mode

eat six small meals instead of three large meals. count your calories instead of carbs. exercise. and find a dieting partner so you both can keep eachother on track.

find a hobby, if you didn't have so much time to obsess about food you wouldn't eat as much.

why are you so self conscious i bet you look great but if you really want to know just drink alot of water and that usually fills you up and then your not hungry

You probably didn't get real, genuine hoodia from S. Africa. This brand (below) is the "REAL" hoodia. I did my research and after trying several bogus brands, I got the real stuff. It works great!

eat a piece of cheese and drink hot tea for breakfast. it fills your stomach and you wont feel hungry all day. it is an old wrestling trick so that they can lose wieght before their match

Stay busy, avoid areas where you know there is food, snack on fruits and veggies, and exercise! For some reason, whenever I go for a walk (for about an hour, several times a week), not only do I get a "second wind" but it also seems to curb my appetite and then I make healthier choices when I do eat my meal!

Eat carrots and celery.
