My grandmother's cornea is bleeding. How common is this and is there any treatment?

She is taking blood thinning medication. How long does it take for it to go back to normal?

Her cornea can't actually bleed because there are no blood vessels in the cornea. She should see her eye doctor to determine where the bleeding is coming from and the best way to deal with it.
