What is the best curling iron for thick hair that doesn't do anything?
Question:
Answers:
All heat damages hair so be advised that you won't get away with styling with any curling iron that does not do damage if you curl every day. Take care of your hair, condition it regularly and if you perm/color your hair, I'd suggest not too much styling on top of that.
Other Answers:
Buy a gold curling iron one of those heavy ones. They seem to get hotter than the regular ones and it holds a curl.
Buy a 1/3 inch curling iron from a beauty supply store. They have the best. Section your hair into little strands and curl to your scalp. Hold it until you almost can burn yourself through your hair on the curling iron. Be gentle while letting it come out of the iron. Spray it imediately with "Aqua Net" hair spray. Repete on the rest of your lucious hair. Wish I could be there!!

Before you iron clothes iron hair. See such an easy answer.
Why don't you try a straightening iron to give you some curls? A curling iron takes way toooo long to give curls. This was a trick taught to me by my stylist and it really works. I bought a one inch thick straightening iron. First section your hair, spritz hair spray on the section and then start ironing but right around the middle you twist/flick your wrist the other way and you will have soft flowing curls.
