why does my husband have cancer again after being in remission for 2 years?

Question:

Answers:
Unfortunately cancer can relapse. Lifestyle, (diet, smoking, chemicals,) may contribute, but don't think your husband got it just because of this. Many people live terrible lifestyles and never get cancer while athletes who eat well and exercise have developed cancer. Researching his particular cancer may give you some ideas of things that could have contributed to his cancer, but the fact is people DO NOT KNOW WHY we get cancer, even though some armchair nutritionists claim they do. It is probably a very complex combination of things.

Don't let everyday people give you their opinions about chemo. Talk to your oncologist and any other medical authorities that you may wish too. Do research in trustworthy publications. Research changes in diet, types of chemo, and anything you might feel is relevant. Your final decision about the type of treatment will be up to you and your husband. Don't believe people who tell you that doctor's don't want you to know the real cure. I refuse to believe we live in a world of uncaring and heartless doctors who would hide a "cure all" if they had one!

My best wishes to both of you! madenthe80s@hotmail.com

Cancer is a result of lifestyle . Too many toxins in the body from food, chemicals, drugs atc. Did he go for chemo? If yes, that might be the answer. Chemo is toxic..He has to alkalize his body with organic diet and get a naturopath.
Get the book Natural cures they dont want you to know about. It will change your life. And your husbands too.

oh man, that's sad.. Be praying for him, god bless ya both. hope he gets better soon

The key word in your question is "remission". He was not cured. Cancers can stay dormant till conditions in the body are ideal for growth. I cannot specifically answer why your husband has cancer post two years of remission. What was he told his chances of cure/long term remission? What type of cancer does he have? Where is it located? He has a tough fight on his hands and it must be frightening for both of you. I am so sorry. My heart goes out to both of you.
