i'm a man but i am going thru the labours of seeing my wife having these flashes, as you call it. i give her all the respect she has to get coz some women think it's the end of the best world and missing sex forever. let her be stress free, go out, drink juices, go to the movies, cook and eat with the family, when she freaks out, just say oh dear, what's wrong, i'm sorry, anything like that.
