That depends on your resistance to codeine. I have been prescribed T3, T7.5, T10, and even T15. In spite of the greater strength of the others, T3 has always worked best for me. It also depends on where the pain is located. Codeine isn't a deadener to every type of pain.

it just depends on ur bodys tolorence level.it helps most ppl.but if ur not use to taking that kind of pain medcine it could knock u out.
