You probably can't do it all in one week but start exercising and eat a better diet. Good luck.

It is possible but very hard. My cousin wanted to lose wieght fast so she didn't eat anything and drank only water. You could also drink juices (homemade is the best and effective). I know it sounds hard but if you really gave it a try it would work (not could but would).

Try the Hollywood 48 Hour Diet. You can buy it at most large chain drugstores. My ex-boss tried it and lost a couple inches from her waist and about half an inch off of each thigh in about 10 days. She also excercised, drank a lot of water and drank Ensure and V8 to supplement her reduction in solid food intake. She didn't see any results in any other areas of her body, just her waist and thighs, and gained it all back in about the same time it took to take it off. It's not really a diet meant for lasting results. I would also suggest checking with a health professional before trying this diet.

Please do not listen to the people saying, Do not eat. That is the absolute worst advice to give to anyone wanting to lose weight. For starters, you could only lose about 3 pounds in a week. Anything more than that is unhealthy. You need to start walking, or jogging around your block for as long as you can, when you feel you are about to die, go home. Then Drink some water to keep you hydrated. Not eatting is only going to cause you to lose weight, and then once you begin to eat normally again, you will gain double the weight you lost, so if you dont want to be a cow when you get done starving yourself i wouldnt reccomend it.

You need to cut out all sugars and fried foods. Eat proteins, but not too much dairy and not too much carbohydrates. Slim back on your breads, starches etc.
Start eatting more baked foods. Also, get an exercise ball and a book or dvd for the exercises to do and start working out with the ball for about 30-45 min a day.
The general rule for exercise is, that you should be doing a heart pumping exercise for 60 minutes a day. Example: Soccer (my Fav.) Running, Jogging, Jumping Jacks, Jumping Rope, Basketball Etc. This helps to burn the fat while the exercises build the muscle under the fat.
